"Le Moulin du Château", the former olive oil mill of the château of St-Laurent, has been transformed to a charming and elegant small hotel in the peaceful countryside.

We offer ten rooms decorated in clean-cut and simple style, a spectacular mill room with its original wheel and pressoir, a shady terrace bordering a typical Provencal garden.

We provide dinner. Our "cuisine du marché" changes every day in accordance with what is in season.

The designation of "Hôtel au Naturel" guarantees our commitment to ecological management and complies wholeheartedly with the targets of the Verdon Natural Regional Park.

And starting this year join us for yoga workshops.

We consider our hotel as an art hotel, too. Our annual exhibitions of Modern Art provide an interesting contrast to the interior.

From the hotel you can explore the Verdon with its famous Grand Canyon and the smaller Basses Gorges and the spectacular lake Ste-Croix which are on our doorstep. Guided footpaths and signed trails, hilltop villages and traditional local markets offer something for everyone.
